AJMAN OFFSHORE
The Emirate of Ajman situated on the coast of the Arabian Gulf extending over a distance of 16 kms between Sharjah & Umm Al Quwain is located on the western coast of United Arab Emirates. It covers an area of 259 sq km and was formed by the Al Nuaimi tribe, well known for their bravery, courage and wisdom who migrated to this region from Oman around 1775.

Dubai is the commercial capital of the United Arab Emirates and is the business capital of the Middle East. In 2003, Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority (JAFZA) which manages one of the largest free zone in the region, promulgated JAFZA Offshore Companies Regulation which permits setting up of an offshore company.

UMM Al-QUWAIN FREE ZONE
UAQ Free Trade Zone was established by Emiri Decree No:2 1987 issued on 5.11.1987. It is located on west coast of the United Arab Emirates,some thirty miles north east of Dubai in the Emirates of Umm Al Quwain. Ahmed Bin Rashid Port is a morden port built in accordance with the international navigation regulations. It has 4 Wharves 845m wide covering an area of 400,000 sq.m.

It is to promote free trade & industry that the Sharjah Airport International Free Zone was set up in 1995 and today is the center piece of the Sharjah governments' committment to free trade.
